HOME Investment Partnership Program

Cumberland County and the City of Portland have formed a HOME Consortium to receive an annual allocation of HOME Investment Partnership funds through the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The HOME funds are used for the creation of affordable housing development throughout Cumberland County.

The Cumberland County HOME Consortium’s (CCHC) 2022 HOME Affordable Housing Development Application is now available. Funds under this application can be used for the development of affordable housing in Cumberland County, but not within the City of Portland.
