The Cumberland County parking garage is conveniently located in Portland’s Old Port, and offers hourly and monthly public parking for visitors to the city. We are less than 2 blocks to Merrill Auditorium, Casco Bay Lines and City Hall.

Snow Ban Parking Rates
When the city of Portland announces a Citywide OR Yellow Zone parking ban due to inclement weather, we offer reduced-rate overnight parking for our guests:
Enter the Garage AFTER 5:00 p.m. and Exit the Garage BEFORE 7:00 a.m.
Any vehicle entering before or exiting after these times will incur prevailing rates.

Special Event Parking
Special event rates are offered for the Merrill Auditorium, Old Port Festival, Maine Marathon and other events in Portland.
Rates vary by event and are posted at the garage. Please contact the garage for group rates and direct billing options.
