Join our 9-1-1 T.E.A.M.
(Trained Elderly Assurance Members)

The Cumberland County Regional Communications Center (CCRCC) is seeking volunteers to join our 9-1-1 T.E.A.M (Trained Elderly Assurance Members).

The CCRCC 9-1-1 TEAM is a group of volunteers committed to serving the CCRCC for a period 2 hours per month making telephone calls to senior citizens in our community who desire an “assurance” call each morning.

The 9-1-1 TEAM would be scheduled for on day per month, 8 am to 10 am, calling our seniors. The volunteer staff would make the calls from the CCRCC in Windham and work with the CCRCC communications officers to send public safety officials to those seniors we are unable to make contact with.

If you would like to join our 9-1-1 TEAM or if you would like to hear more information about the program, please contact 9-1-1 TEAM Coordinator Julie Poland or the County Emergency Communications director Bill Holmes or call us at 207-893-2810!
