Public Health Council
The Cumberland District Public Health Council through at partnership of the City of Portland's Public Health Division and Cumberland County’s Executive Office in 2006. Grants & Special Projects helped create and convene the council, conducted research and created governing documents, and helped raise funds. The Council is now fully functioning.
