Cumberland County Deeds

The Registry of Deeds is open for business from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. The copy desk is open from 8:30 AM to 4:15 PM and research can be conducted from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. The Registry of Deeds is open for recording documents from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The Registry of Deeds and the Recording Office is located on the first floor at 25 Pearl Street in Portland.
