Income Limits
Qualifying low/moderate household income limits adjusted for household size. Limits represent 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI), adjusted for household size.
Exception Rule List
The Cumberland County CDBG Program falls under a special rule allowing more locations to quality for "area-wide" activities beyond the standard "51%" low/moderate income requirement. One quarter of census block groups in our 25 member communities qualify for area-wide activities under the exception rule.
Distress Scores
Each community is assigned a score from 0 to 10 points based upon two factors: (1) Percent of low/moderate income residents of the total community population and (2) percent of low/moderate income residents in the 25 communities of the Cumberland County Entitlement Jurisdiction.
