Who is eligible to submit a logo?

Children enrolled in K-12, ages 5-18, including home school and private school children are eligible. The student must be a Cumberland County resident or attending a school in Cumberland County.

One winner will be selected from each of the four different grade/age groups and one Grand Prize winner will be selected from the four Grade/Age group winners.

Only one logo can be submitted per person.

Does it cost anything to enter?

There are no entry fees for this contest.

When is the contest?

The contest will run from November 23, 2009 to January 22, 2009 at midnight. All entries must be submitted via email. Click here to go to our submission page.

All winners will  be announced January 2010 and published on our website, Facebook site as well as a press release. All winners will be notified by email, telephone and/or US Post.

What do I get if I win?

Each grade category winner will receive a cash prize of $100. The grand prize winner receives $250 and their logo is used on marketing material for the 250th anniversary.

How big does my logo need to be?

Submit as a JPEG (.jpg file) with dimensions of 3x4 inches and resolution should be no more than 300PPI(pixels per inch).

What happens to my logo after I submit it?

It becomes the exclusive intellectual property of Cumberland County Government.
